The construction on this building subsequently snowballed the revitalization of the entire block, starting with a jazz venue in the commercial space of our building.
MULTIFAMILY RENNOVATION
Our architects view multifamily renovations as an opportunity to increase livability, increase energy efficiency, or add value to the look of the complex. Adams Design Associates worked through tight budgets, incomplete existing drawings, and occupied units, which is often the case with multifamily renovations.

While never constructed, this project was an opportunity for our team to design for a 246-unit complex with a clubhouse and pool.

Adams Design Associates design a 55 unit complex for senior adults, assisted under the HUD Section 202 Program. In Athens, AL, this apartment complex is still regarded as one of the finest senior living facilities in the area.
The one-bedroom apartments come with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom all on ground level. The entire design was created with ease of living and safety in mind. The units can accommodate many needs, and they are an excellent opportunity for independent living.
