25 Units for an Affordable Homeownership Program run by the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District.  Recipient of an Honor Award in the Birmingham Chapter of the American Institute of Architects Design Awards Program and an Honorable Mention Award in the Alabama Council of the American Institute of Architects Design Awards Program.

A multi-phased total renovation of this historic complex, including the Community Center.
